UX Successful Products and Services - User Need, Business Goals, Technological Possibilities

About

Hello! Iā€™m Claud, User Experience (UX) & Product Designer.
I have more than 10 years having fun -and sometimes struggling- to design better digital products and services, because I love what I do, and I know that Human-Centric Design can be good for both improving peopleā€™s lives and business success.

Here Youā€™ll find:

Ā· Some of the challenges I have had as a designer,
Ā· and case study to show you my work approach

I believe Empathy is the starting point to find the right balance between peopleā€™s needs and business goals

  • Customer Journey & Service Blue Print, Survey and Interviews, explorative focus-groups, User Map, User Persona, User & Wire Flows, Card-Sorting, Low to Hight Fidelity Prototypes, Usability Testing (in person or remote), Eye-Tracking, Surveys, Collaborative & Parallel Design Workshops, KPI Definition for Continous Improvement.

Challenges

These are some of the favorite challenges I've had in my career as a researcher and designer

Research & User Experience Strategy for

Digital Banking:
Making complex transactions easier & the business process clearer

In circumstances where a simple money transfer may require several people involved at different times to make it possible. I have worked with banks from the discovery stage to the design and implementation of solutions, making their transactions at the corporate level much easier to do and understand their process.

Research & User Experience Design for

IoT & Geolocation:
Improving logistics through tracking and sensorization of vehicle fleets

I have designed B2B products that improve business logistics and the safety of transported goods, which, thanks to geolocation, optimize routes and raise alerts in case of suspicious/restricted driving behavior, as well as prevent accidents by adding sensors to tires to know their status in real-time.

Research & User Experience Design for

B2B & B2C E-commerce:
Understanding the needs of the different types of Buyers

I have helped companies in the automotive market and telecommunications companies understand what their different types of customers value when looking for a product or service, the language they use and the information they need, whether to hire a service, buy their favorite accessory or find the model by its characteristics.

Research & Service Design for

An important part of our health, especially when a work accident occurs, depends on whether or not we are able to make the insurance that supports us effectively. Thanks to research and working together with insurance company employees, we improve an important part of the patient's journey, designing a service that takes care of the patient from the moment of the accident and during their treatment so that they always have the information they need, fewer steps to follow and better economic support for them and their family.

Healthcare & Insurance:
Relevant communication during the attention and treatment of patients

User Research for

Marketing Endeavours:
Perceived privacy for content personalization

I have helped international companies understand what their latin american customers think and feel about their privacy in the multi-device and geolocated context to develop non-invasive personalized content that delivers value to them.
